He wanted one beautiful, serene place to gather a circle, share updates once and reach everyone, and receive a visible, heartwarming outpouring of unified love. Golden hour vibes. Simple by design. A pulsing golden orb. Warm cream and blush. Elegant type that feels like a breath. Every screen was designed to feel like rest — even when the reason someone opened the app was anything but restful. The aesthetic isn't decoration. It's the product.

When someone creates a campaign in Orchard, they choose who can see it — private for close circles, public for causes that invite wider support. Their people join, and everyone is gathered into a room that already knows why they're here.
Three modes: Gather My People — create a private or public campaign around your life event and invite your circle. Find a Community — join others going through something similar and send collective support on a shared schedule. Explore Updates — follow causes you care about and stay in the loop without having to ask.

When the community gathers, you can feel it.
Leaders can schedule a Support Burst — a designated window of time where everyone in the community is invited to open the app and send love together. When someone joins, their photo appears in a living constellation radiating outward from the person at the center.
Before anyone has added a photo, the golden orb sits at the center, pulsing gently. When the person's photo is there, their face is surrounded by everyone who showed up. Members can tap to send love, leave a thought, and see who else is present in real time.
It's not a like button. It's not a metric. It's a heartwarming visual representation of unified intention — the feeling of people showing up at once.

Leaders post updates directly into their campaign — rich text, photos, and an audio note for moments when words need a voice attached. Every update carries its own weight: Major Update for something significant, Milestone for progress worth celebrating, or Pinned so it stays at the top.
Members see everything in a single home feed — all the communities they're supporting, all the updates, all in one place. No group text threads. No checking back on a post from last week. No one falls through the cracks.
Members decide how to be present. On their terms.
Not everyone processes the same way. Some members need to know the moment an update drops. Others absorb better when they choose the time. Every member controls their notification preferences per campaign — push, email, or SMS, delivered in real time or as a daily or weekly digest.
If you're supporting five people at once, you can set each one differently. Close family gets immediate alerts. A colleague's campaign gets a Sunday evening summary. The app holds the complexity so you don't have to.

The Orchard holds two registers. Private campaigns for the people closest to you, and public communities for shared experiences anyone can find and join. Both live in the same feed. One place to hold everyone.
The app gives something back.
Orchard isn't only for crisis. Every day, members can tap to receive a Reflection Card — a beautifully designed card with a message for wherever they are. Cards can be saved to favorites, shared, and submitted by the community. The card system gives the app a reason to open on the quiet days. It gives supporters a moment of their own.

The site needed to carry the same warmth, softness, and intention as the app — the golden palette, the elegant type, copy that speaks to people in tender moments without being heavy. Kirsten designed and built the full marketing site alongside the app. It's live, it's beautiful, and it's the front door to everything the app holds.
