Stack Equity is a live 12-week build program with curriculum and weekly group calls. Groups are capped at 10 so the feedback stays specific and the work actually moves.

Week one
Build your rock-solid foundation.
Every high-quality app starts here. Week 1 is organizing the ideas in your head and uncovering the pitfalls before a line of code. Get this right and the next eleven weeks have something that can actually stand.

Week two · 120-minute live build day
Get the foundation live.
After planning, most people want to jump straight to version 10. Kirsten breaks down what’s actually critical for the rest of the app to go well, then helps you get the minimum viable product live in Cursor, with your agents set up so you can keep building on something solid.

Weeks three–twelve
Keep building with weekly support.
Weekly group office hours for bugs, prompts, questions, coaching, model recommendations, pivots, and refactor checks. Building can get tricky. Those sessions keep you from staying stuck for long, so a tricky day stays just that instead of cascading through the rest of your project.

What we use to build
For cohesion, and because this is what works best in practice, every app in the program is built with Supabase and Vercel. A free Supabase and Vercel account is enough.
Everything else has more nuance. We’ll customize it based on what you’re already using, and what will be best for your particular build.

Deployment. Get the app live and keep shipping updates from there.
Apple + Android accounts
Needed if you’re submitting to the app stores. You’ll get submission guidance. Apps are built as PWAs, with a Capacitor wrapper for that route, so the learning curve and management stay simpler.

Good judgment is a technical skill.
Before AI could write a line of code, I was already doing this for a living.
I led software development teams on multi-million-dollar projects in the highly complex construction financials space, sitting frequently with our CEO, CTO and board to untangle what actually needed to happen next.
While everyone else chased the most technical, advanced, intricate solution, I was the one willing to grab the basics, keep the critical details, and let go of perfection to get to market first.
I’m not the developer who’s going to tell you that you can’t or shouldn’t build your own software. I think the future lies in all of us becoming technically self-sufficient, and in what we’re truly capable of when we leap outside our comfort.

Is this just Lovable, Base44, or another no-code platform?
No. Every build uses Supabase for backend and auth, and Vercel for deployment, so the room stays on the same foundation. Everything else has more nuance and gets customized based on what you are already using, and what will be best for your particular build. You will learn how the pieces fit together, where the tradeoffs are, and how to avoid inheriting one platform's ceiling dressed up as a feature.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You need to be willing to build. The curriculum starts with the foundations, and the live support exists to catch you before a gap in understanding turns into a three-day rabbit hole.
What if I already started a project and it is messy?
Bring it. We will look at whether it makes sense to keep building on what you have or start fresh with a stronger foundation. Either way, you are not starting from zero on your understanding.
What will I have at the end of 12 weeks?
A live, working build that is hosted and functional, plus the judgment and repeatable process to keep building past this program without starting over every time something breaks.
What happens after the cohort ends?
You keep your build, obviously. Alumni can continue attending live calls for $500/month as they keep building what comes next.
